Show Effective Date Of Law Sept. 1ST . . "After that date, the operator of any motor vehicle which is in any manner involved in an accident accid-ent within the State, in which any person is killed, or injured, or in which damage to the property of any person, in excess of $100 is sustained, must make a written report to the Department of Public Safety. "It makes no difference," pointed point-ed out Mr. Day, "whether you are to blame or not. The law requires you to make the report regardless. If there is any question concerning the amount of damage, mail a report re-port and be on the safe side." |
