Show NOTICE TO ALL HORSE OWNERS Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the provisions of the State Law, the Board of County Coun-ty Commissioners of Juab County, Utah, will proceed to eliminate abandoned horses from the open range in said County and that beginning be-ginning on or about January 15, 1952, a drive will be made and all abandoned horses running upon the open range in the vicinity of Judd Creek, Cherry Creek and Desert Des-ert Mountain will, under the supervision super-vision of the County Commissioners, Commission-ers, be corralled. All owners of horses running upon the open range are hereby given notice that descriptions and brands of horses running in said areas must be listed with Juab County Assessor. Horses licensed to graze the Federal Fed-eral range will be returned to the range. All others will be removed and a round-up fee of $8.50 per head will be charged.
