Show 7 Oak City Rites Set Thursday For Soren Anderson Soren C. Anderson, 69, lifelong Oak City farmer, died suddenly of a heart attack at his home in Oak City on Monday, Dec. 4, at 7:30 p. m. His death was unexpected, unex-pected, as he had not been ill previously. pre-viously. He was born in Oak City ,Janu-ary ,Janu-ary 16, 1881, a son of Joseph Smith and Annie Christensen Anderson. He was an active member of the LDS church, was a high priest, ward teacher, and member o'f the Oak City ward choir. He is survived by his widow, Hilda Peterson Anderson, at Oak City, three sons, Carlos Anderson, Hinckley, Amos Anderson, Delta, and Marlin Anderson, Lehi; two daughters, Mrs. Allie Cardon, Lehi, and Mrs. Lena Peterson, Delta; 15 grandchildren; a half brother, Jos. L. Anderson, Oak City, and half-sisters, half-sisters, Mrs. Lettie Dutson and Mrs. Edna Christensen, Oak City, Mrs. Christina Dutson, Leamington, and Mrs. Eva Dutson, Lynndyl. Funeral services will be held in Oak City ward Thursday at 1 p.m. conducted by Bishop Burnis L. Fin-linson. Fin-linson. Burial will be in the Oak City cemetery, under direction of L. N. Nickle and son. |
