Show MIA Pageant Tells Stories of Hymns An MIA pageant depicting the inspiring story of several L. D. S. hymns will be presented Jan. 24 and 25, Monday and Tuesday. This pageant is a musical drama. The dialogue and sequence are the work of S. C. Chandler, teacher in the Delta L. D. S. Seminary. The music was arranged by Ladd R. Cropper, principal of the Hinckley L. D. S. Seminary. During the pageant Mr. Cropper and his Hinckley choir will sing eight hymns. Mrs. Max Hannifin will play several violin solos, and Harold Snow will render two horn solos. To heighten the effect of this' music actors from the various wards will portray on the stage the dramatic writing of each song, or a dramatic event connected with each. These scenes and the music will ' be linked by a narative read by LaJuana McCullough and Jean Pratt. Mr. Chandler, the arranger, said, "I believe this pageant will be enjoyable and interesting to every one who sees it, and, I am certain it will give L.D.S. people a far greater appreciation for the great I hymns we daily sing or hum I sincerely hope a large crowd will see both performances." I Taking part in the cast are Cecil Ross, Mary Lou Rawlinson. Hamilton Hamil-ton McCullough, Carol Erickson, Verdene Finlinson, Ray Williams, , Stanley Erickson, George Chamber-ilain, Chamber-ilain, Theodore Largent, Robert Myers, Sheldon Callister, Owen G.
