Show F. F. A. Mews . . . By Gill Hilton The next thing on the agenda of the Ag. Club is the selecting of the Chapter Sweetheart to represent the Chapter in a state contest next spring. 15 girls have been selected and will be voted on by the stud entbody. The winning girl will receive re-ceive a special Sweetheart Jacket. The jacket is white rayon with an F F A emblem and the words "Chapter Sweetheart" embrodened I " On Feb. 28, the annual Parents and Sons banquet will beheld n the school lunch room. Dinner s ' SI per plate and each member is I invited to bring his father and mot , her as special guests. - k I Sheldon Callister, Reed Bunker and Keith Black just recently sent in their applications for the State apply for the $100 Union Pacific Farmer degree. they will also scholarship, that is available to each county that the railroad runs through. This scholarship is awarded award-ed annually to the most outstanding outstand-ing iboy enrolled in agriculture, i Coming under consideration for 'the first time is a Chapter Hall i of Fame. This will be made up ot pictures of stock show winners, ! prominent members, officers, puD-i puD-i lie speakers, and any other mem-'ber mem-'ber who has accomplished something some-thing of note. |
