This week she is around in a wheelchair, and goes out for sunshine. On Saturday, August 6, all the blood in her body was exchanged for new blood in an attempt to cure acute hemolytic anemia. The new transfusion was type O positive. pos-itive. During the operation, a laboratory lab-oratory technician made blood tests every 30 minutes. When the tests showed completely O type, the doctors knew the complete change had been made. Margene is the 14-year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Miller of Delta.
