Elva Webb Wins $109 Scholarship Elva Webb has been informed by the state director of 4-H work that she will be awarded the Carl Raymond Ray-mond Gray Scholarship of $100 which she will accept, at the Branch Agricultural College, for the coming year. Each year this award is made to the outstanding 4-H girl in Millard County. The winner is judged by the State Executive according to the amount and the quality of the work being done in the 4-H work. For six years Elva has been active ac-tive in 4-H work and has received many honors in the various fields in which she has participated. I
