Show NOTICE OF HEARING CASE No. 3272 BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF UTAH In the Matter of the Application of GLEN CRAWFORD, EARL GREAT-HOUSE, GREAT-HOUSE, FRED GREATHOUSE, CLEAD NIELSON, and JACK NELSON, NEL-SON, to have the right-of-way alnds fenced. (Certain lands in the area between Lynndyl find Delta, Utah. - Union Pacific Railroad Company) Com-pany) Notice is hereby given that the above-entitled application of Glen Crawford, Earl Greathouse, Fred Greathouse, Clead Nielson and Jack Nelson, will be heard before the Public Service Commission of Utah at its office, 314 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah on Thursday the 16th day of December, 1948 commencing at 10:00 a. m. This is an application by the above-named petitioners praying that the Public Service Commission of Utah, after due hearing, order the Union Pacific Railroad Company Com-pany to fence both sides of its right-of-wiay on certain lands in Millard County in the area between Lynndyl, Utah and Delta, Utah, where petitioners own, lease or have a permit to drive, graze, or flange their livestock during the fall, winter, and spring of the year, said lands being adjacent to the said right-of-way and more particularly par-ticularly described as follows: Section 22, Township 15 South Ranges Ran-ges West; Section 28, Township 15 South, Range 5 West; Northwest corner of Section 33, Township 15 South; Range 5 West; the Southwest South-west corner of Section '32, Township Town-ship 15 South, Range 5 West; Section Sec-tion 5, Township 16 South, Range 5 West;; Section 7, Township 16 South, Range 5 West; the Southeast South-east corner of Section 13, Township Town-ship 16 South, Range 6 West; Section Sec-tion 23, Township 16 South, Range 5 West; Section 7, ' Township 16 South, Range 6 West; the Northwest North-west corner of Section 34, Township Town-ship 16 South, Range 6 West; Section Sec-tion 33, Township 16 South, Range 6 West and the Northwest corner of Section 4, Township 17 South, Range 6 West.
