Show Mr. and Mrs. Harold Black and Mr. and Mrs. Lucian Black went to Salt Lake Sunday. Mrs. Harold Black is remaining there for a visit and medical treatment and the others returned to Delta. NOTICE OF HEARING CASE No. 3209 BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF UTAH In the Matter of the Application of E. J. ELIASON, J. LAYTON DEW-SNUP. DEW-SNUP. MELVIN CROPPER, LINCOLN CROPPER, JOHN CAHOON, PHIL ELIASON, CURMAN CROPPER, SPENCER WEBB,, DOYLE MACE, and BLAINE CROPPER to have right-of-way lands fenced. (Certain lands in Millard County on Union Pacific Railroad Company right-of wiay) Notice is hereby given that the above-entitled' application of Mel-vin Mel-vin Cropper, Lincoln Cropper, John Cahoon, Phil Eliason, Curman Cropper, Spencer Webb, Doyle Mace, and Blaine Cropper will be heard before the Public Sendee Commission of Utah at its office, 314 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah on Thursday, the 16th day of December, 1948, commencing at 10:00 a. m. This is an application requesting request-ing that the Union Pacific Railroad Rail-road Company be required, after proper notice and hearing, to fence a certain portion of right-of-way through that section of the grazing area controlled and operated under the Division of Land Management and described more particularly as follows, to wit: . Commencing Section 17, Township Town-ship 18 S, Range 7 W, and running run-ning thence in a Southwesterly direction diagonally across Section 20, through the NW Quarter of Section 29 and the SE Quarter of Section 30; thence diagonally through thr-ough Section 31, Township 18 South Range 7 West; thence diagonally through the East half of Section 1, Township 19 S, Range 8 W; thence diagonally through Section 12, through thr-ough the NE Quarter of Section 13 thence diagonally through the SE Vi of Section 14, thence diagonally through Section 23 to the right of way fence at Clear Lake, Utah, and beginning at the SW end 'of Clear Lake Railroad right of way fence in Section 3, Township 20 S, Range 8 W and running thence diagonally in a Southwesterly direction through thr-ough the NW Vt of Section 3 and the SE Vi of Section 4, thence diagonally dia-gonally through the East of Section 9, thence diagonally through thr-ough Section 16, thence diagonally through Section 21, thence diagonally diagon-ally through the NW Vi of Section 28 and the SE 14 of Section 29, th. diagonally through Section 32 of Township 20 South, Range 8W running run-ning thence diagonally in a Southwesterly South-westerly direction through the W V' of Section 5, through the East Vi of Section 7, thence diagonally in a Southwestery direction to a drift fence approximately two miles mil-es North of Borden Railroad siding in Section 18 Township 21 S Range Ran-ge 8 W.
