Show Oak City. 4. I MAE H. SHIPLEY i At the Sunday evening service Mrs. Macel Anderson and Mrs. Norma Nor-ma Lovell were the speakers, reporting re-porting their sons' Fraics and Ralph mission labors. The Special Interest group carried car-ried out a well planned party for all adult members. The games were especially enjoyed by all. The I stake visitors present were Mrs. Sebrina Ekins and Miss Gertrude Western. The party was under the direction of Cloyd Talbot, Mrs. Silvia Harris and Mrs. Adele Anderson. An-derson. A sock and hanky shower was included in a party given at Ray Finlinson's for Elder Bryce Finlin-son. Finlin-son. About thirty-five people enjoyed en-joyed this occasion. Mr. and Mrs. George Finlinson and family ate Thanksgiving dinner din-ner in Fillmore with their children Edward and Melva and families. Mrs. Bruce Lovell spent Thanksgivings Thanks-givings weekend in Oak City. Mr. and Mrs. Peter Nielson spent Thanksgiving in Salt Lake with their son, Byron and "family. Thanksgivings students visiting were from Logan,, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nielson, Miss Merlene Lovell Lov-ell and Genevieve Anderson. Those from Provo were Elwood Lovell, Gene Harris, also Mr. and Mrs. Doyle Anderson and Mr. and Mrs. Lennox Finlinson. The students from Cedar City who spent Thanksgiving here were Paul Finlinson and Richard Finlinson. Finlin-son. The St. George students home were Mr. and Mrs. Junius Anderson, Miss Dorothy Nielson, Miss Barbara Anderson and Miss Faye Alldredge. Word has been received from Clearfield of a girl born to Mr. and Mrs. Ennis Alldredge on Nov. 15. Mrs. Alice D. Anderson spent several days in Beaver. Mrs. Caddie Anderson went to Provo to visit with her children. Yes, it's Joseph L. Anderson's turn to pass the treats again and tell of his new granddaughter born to Mr. and Mrs. James Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Atkins and children, also Dr. and Mrs. Milo Moody and family were here for Thanksgiving with Mr. and Mrs. Leo Finlinson. Mr. and Mrs. Ardell Jenkins of Ogden spent last week in Oak City. Mrs. Jenkins was the former Nelda Talbot. The MIA activities are interesting; interest-ing; last Tuesday a radio play was enjoyed the first period. This week two one-aot plays were given |
