Hyde and 115 others praying for the organization of a drainage dtKlrlct, to be known and named as Cache County Drainage Drain-age District No. 2, In Cache county. State of Utah, was presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Cache County, State of Utah, on the 8th day of August, A. D. 1921, and was filed with the County Clerk of said Cache county, In the court house building, in Cache County, State of Utah, at Logan City on the 8th day of August, A. D. 1021, and said petition peti-tion is now on file In the ofllce of the said County Clerk. Drain B: Beginning at a point in Hopkins Slough near the northwest corner of Sec. 7, Tp. 12 North, Range 1 Eait, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, Meri-dian, extending In a southeasterly direction to a point near the center of Sec. 7, thence east to a point near the center ot Sec. 8, thence north-eaBterli)- to a point near the southwest south-west corner of the northwest quaite of the northeast quarter of Sec. 8, thence east to the west line of Sec. Drain D: -Beginning at a point In the Bear niver near the west quarter corner of Sec. 34. To. 13 North, nange 1 West of the Salt Lake Base and Meridian, extending easterly nnd northeasterly through Section? 34. 35. 2C and 25 and terminating at a point near the north quarter corner of the southwest quarter of Sec. 25. Together with the necessary Interior Inter-ior drainage required to effect the efficient reclamation of the lands within the district boundaries. The purpose of organizing the said drainage district Is to construct drains for the reclamation nnd protection pro-tection of lands within the proposed district. ' The said petitioners will ask tor a hearing on said petition and will request that the same be granted at the regular meeting or the said Board of County Commissioners to bo held on the 8th day or September A.
