As Mr. Barclay said In his recent report "These boys lived In ruined homes; they have been out of school for five years; there is no place for them to find companionship In their villages nnless they go to the wine shops. They have suffered so much that they are undeveloped physically and mentally, mental-ly, yet they crave good wholesome education edu-cation and recreation They only ask the chance to grow Into manhood with all the best scout Ideals ot courage, elf-dental, honesty and endurance."
