Tlio Womans' Section of tho Navy I.eaguo has Issued a call for tho Second Sec-ond Encampment of tho First Nation al Sorvico, Inc., nt Washington, April 1C to May 26. Women ropresontlng every state in tho Union will bo in training for twenty days at thoso camps. Tho government has recognized tho value of this training by turning over to the committee in chargo of tho National Servlco School, Inc., a government reservation of twenty-seven twenty-seven acres within the limits of tho national capital. Hero tho largest camp for womon over held In tho world will bo pitched. Tho land on which the school will stand is Improved Im-proved with light, water and sewer-ago sewer-ago facilities. The womans' Plattsburg will consist con-sist of two encampments, the first from April 16 to May 5, and tho second se-cond from May 7 to May 26. Tho total fees for tho course of twenty days Is only thirty dollars, which include in-clude board, tuition and all Incidentals, Inciden-tals, except text books and Red Cioss fees of fifty cents for certificates. certifica-tes. The prescribed uniform consists of a khaki coat, a khaki shirt, one army flannel blouse, a field campaign hat, bluo necktie, ono blue hat cord and high laced tan boots. Personal baggage bag-gage Is limited to a suit case and" a hand bag. No Jewelry or valuables may be brought into the encampment It Is expected that President Wilson, Wil-son, members of the Cabinet and high army and navy officials will attend at-tend the opening of the encampment as they did last year. The pioneer school, last year, was visited by more than 25,000, Including the representatives represen-tatives of many foreign governments Mrs. Oeorgo Dewey, Mrs. Hugh L.
