Said spring Issues at a point which lies 1421 feet east and 12C4 feet north of tho southwest corner of the northwest north-west quarter of Section 35, Township 12 north, Rango 1 east, Salt Lako baso and meridian. Tho water will be diverted at the spring and conveyed con-veyed by means of a plpo lino for a distance of 500 feet and thero used from April 1 to September 30, inclusive, in-clusive, of each year, to irrigate 140 acres, of iland embraced in tho east half of Section 34, and In tho west half of Soction 36, township and range aforesaid. This application Is designated in the stato engineer's office as No. 7008. All protests against tho granting of said application, stating tho reasons rea-sons therefore, must bo mado by affidavit in duplicate, accompanlod by a fco of $2.50, and filed In this offlco within thirty (30) days after tho completion of tho publication of this notice.
