It will be the lf teenth anniversary of the review b fore President Lincoln when the men of the north were mustered out and the parade before the president next year will be the last to be held. The veterans wish to again be mustered out on their last parade as they warn ln '65. Other officers elected were: Joseph D. Griswold of Grand Rapids, Mich,, senior vice commander in chief; W.' F. R. who held their annual conventions in connection con-nection with the national encampment encamp-ment of that body closed their business busi-ness sessions with the election of officers of-ficers and accepted the choice of, Washington as the next convention city.
