A reduction of 10 per cent was made on tho valuation of all residence property, prop-erty, nnd had It not been for tho arbitrary ar-bitrary action of tho Stnto Hoard of Equalization In raising the value of nil farm landB 25 per cent amounting to ?CS3,000 our burden of taxation would havo been considerable lighter.
