Official advices from Mexico City to, tho state department today announced tho Ib-suanco Ib-suanco of a decree annulling all mine titles granted during tho Huerta administration. ad-ministration. The department Issued the following statement on tho subject: sub-ject: Tho department of stato Is In official offi-cial receipt of advices from Mexico City, that a decree dated August 29, 1914, has been Issued by the Mexlcnn central administration cancelling all mining titles obtained during tho Huerta administration and declaring null all proceedings relntlvo to tho acquirement of mining claims started during tho Huerta regime. Sixty days from tho dato of tho decree are allowed milling agents to make applications for tho renowal of all proceduro previously tnken. It is further stipulated that all tho payments required by tho mining min-ing laws of Mexico in connection with mining titles or mining claims must bo mado again to tho present central administration. All rights will bo lost by persons who have not complied with the above mentioned rules boforo tho expiration ex-piration of the stipulated sixty days and tho mining land will thereafter be considered as open to denouncement. |
