Show Piofesor Ryron Aldor, poultryman for the expeilmont station at Utah Agricultural Collego has Just left for Sanpete and Sevier counties where ho will devote several days to dem-onstiatlonB dem-onstiatlonB on various phases ot poultry work. Tho greatest attention atten-tion will probably bo given to culling and caponlzlng. Professor Alder states that this section of the state Is now one of the foremost poultry producing sections of Utah. A groat many of the flocks there are the single combed white leghorns which have been developed ftom stock Introduced there several years ago from the high egg producing produc-ing strains of the Utah experiment station. Professor Alder say that the poultrymen of this section recognizes recog-nizes the Importance or good stock, and an a result are securing from the station a number ot purebred cockerels every year for'thelr breed-ng breed-ng work. |
