' 1-15 Mrs. Dot Deal Merrill, wife of Dr. L. S. Merrill, of Logan, passed away In the Provo hospital, Sunday at 4:15. About three weeks ago she gave birth to a son, and both apparently ap-parently were doing fine. However, about a week ago a severe case of pneumonia developed and Mrs. Merrill Mer-rill In her weakened condition was unable to cope with this added illness. ill-ness. Everything was done which professional hands would do. The case Is very .sad because of the fact that Dr. Merrill had just completed his medical examinations In the East and was home on a furlough before rejoining the United States army.
