Through tho co-oporatlon of tho city, tho stato, tho Ogdon Logan & Idaho Hallway Co., and tho abutting property owners tho paving tho south main streot has beon carried through to completion. Another district on second north street has been created and is at the present time under construction construc-tion and will bo completed In the spring. Temple Hill Tit. In tho early fall the old gravel pit tract of ground Just south of tho Temple grounds was sold to Cardon Company for about seven thousand dollars. Tho deed carries certain restrictions, some of which aro as follows: The property shall bo used us-ed for residence purposes only, and no residenco shall bo built at a cost of less than threo thousand dollars, no barns or objcctionablo outhouses of any kind shall bo maintained. Tho property shall bo platted into lots in snch wuy that tho platting shall moot tho unanimouso approval of tho city commission. Tho object of tho platting clause being to provide for good sized lots fronting on tho boulovard in older that those lots will bo chosen by parties wishing to build openslo and imposing rosidonco3 thereby lending very materially to tho at-tiactivoncss at-tiactivoncss of tho boulevard and tho city.
