Somo fast running, novelty and other races are being arranged. The Fair days will be designated as follows: Wednesday, September 27 Merchants Merch-ants Day. Thursday, September 28 Judging Day. Friday, Soptembcr 29 School Day. Saturday, September 30 Cacho Valley Day. Tho bands of the county will play as follows; Richmond Merchants Day. Hyde Park Judging Day. Logan Military Band and tho Richmond Rich-mond Juvenile Band School Day. Smlthlleld Cacho Valloy Day. Messrs D. S. Spencer aud J. A. rtcovos, general agents of tho passenger passen-ger nnd freight departments of tho 0. S. L. P.y Co., havo advised that rates for passenger and exhibits will be given for the Fair. Special rates will also bo given over tho O. L. & 1. By Co. Tho entire program of tho Fair will bo announced Just as soon as it Is completed.
