Supt W. N. Patterson Pat-terson of tho Weber county schools says that ho is in favor of combln Ing tho adult clubs of tho county w'hlch wero organized a year ago, with tho Mutual Improvement Association Asso-ciation and tho boys and girls clubs-It clubs-It is likely that tho county will be divided into Uirco districts for the purpose of tho movement, each for a particular llnoot vocational Instruction. Instruc-tion. Tho west part of tho county will consider sugar boot culture chlofly, tho central part poultry raising, rais-ing, and tho eastern district vegeta ble culturo, theso lines to bo taken up by tho male members of tho combined com-bined organization. Each town Is to have an organization organiza-tion which will conduct tho class work separately along tho lines indicated indi-cated but under tho direction of tho agricultural state leaders. School teachers teach-ers of tho districts will bo expected to do nothing raoro than aid In tho studios ptannod for tho organizations only In Instances whero they deslro to render assistance. ,If tho plan is carried out, circulars circu-lars will bo distributed from tho agricultural ag-ricultural collogo frequently and tho dlrootors will visit ovory town whero thoro Is an organization, at least onco or twico a year. Both adults and students in tho grades of tho public schools will bo admitted Into tho club organizations. Tho clrcu lars sent out from tho cotlego will bo timely and up to date. |
