The postmaster-sot Utah are arranging arrang-ing to have a vet) pleasant time at Provo on July 20th and 21st, the occasion occa-sion being the II 1st annual meeting of the Utah State Postmasters' Association. Associa-tion. The following letter and program pro-gram has been received by the various postmasters of the count) : June 20, 1001. The first session will convene hr the hall over the postotllcc at 11 o'clock, a. in. Special rates have beeir secured on all railroads to and from Provo for this occasion, and a special tialn will take the delegates and thch wives up Provo can) oir for the evening session on June 20th. A special rate of "S1.50 per day has been offered by cx-Posl-master Roberts, proprietor of the famous fa-mous Hotel Roberts. Rvery postmaster postmas-ter in Utah should (and every live postmaster will) make It a point to be present. Special cntcitalnmcuts have been arranged for the ladles and It is requested that they meet with us at this time, and help to make the organization or-ganization a fiatcrnal as well as a business one.
