The Utali Condensed Milk Co. has undertaken the task of moving the Union Cieamery to the lot on which the Condensed Milk Factory is lo-jAicd. lo-jAicd. Tlits is a big undertaking, as fll: creamery has a large cold storage ; plant attached to It. The Condensed Milk Factory Is all equipped and ready for operation but the management does not wish to start up until the creameiy Is on the ground. Fioin the fact that it will take a couple of weeks to get the cieamery moed, It is expected that the factoiy will not commence operation until the ilrst of March. An entertainment will be gien at the school house Thursday evening at 7:30. The Thatcher Quartette, one of the best In Utah, will be In attendance. attend-ance. They will also be assisted by a numbcrof other specialties from the Thatcher Music Company. The funds derhed from the entertainment are to be used tohelp pay for the line Bauer piano put In the schools by the Thatcher Music Co. Anothci featuie of the evening will be the exhibit of the school woik that Is being done in the various rooms. A coidial invitation invita-tion is given to all membcis of our city. The prices will be, adults 15c, children 10c and fie. The stockholders of the People's Mercantile and Creamery Company met at the Union Creamery last Monday, Mon-day, approved the yearly lepoit and 'fleeted a new board of dlrectois. A dividend of G per cent was declaicd. Inasmuch as the Company stock h.ts I been Incieased fiom $11,000 to $24,000' since the company commenced busi-i ness, the f per cent Is a pretty good dividend on the investment, as It Isaj little bit better than ." per cent; on the Investment.
