Maszlcka said that Premak pushed lilm nnd thnt ho did not mind that; that ho was angered over another Insult, and ! ho produced n book beforo tho court I Tho book was a bible, and Maszlcka I opened It In court. ! "Your honor" said Maszicka, "ho J spat upon this book. I Drought it with nio from tho old country. This ! man camo lsto my house, drunk nnd ! nbuslvo, and whon I romonstrnted with him and told him what this book commands us to do, ho opened It ns it lay upon tho tablo and spat upon tho pages." j "Did you do that?" Judgo Ncolen asked Premak. Tho mnn shrugged his shoulders. "Oh, yes," ho said. "I did do that but It harmed no one.
