Show Mendon Locals Mr. and Mrs. Nephl Sorensen ot Fielding nro Mendon visitors. On account of tho cold stormy weather, Decoration Day was very quiet. Tho people could not go io tho cemetery until the afternoon to decorate tho graves of their loved ones. Although tho flowers were very scarce, tho cemetery looked beautiful. beauti-ful. Tuesday the Relief Society annual was held In the meotlng house at 2 o'clock. President Mary Sorensen presiding. A flno program was rendered. ren-dered. Sisters Allen and Crltchlow of Hyrum wore present and gave tho sisters some excellent advice. The house wub nicely decorated with potted pot-ted flowers. After tho program, cake Ico cream and oranges were served. In tho evening a dance was given In Richards' Hall. Miss Efflo Jensen has returned homo from Pocatello for tho summer. Miss Efflo GIttens of Idaho Is visiting vis-iting with relatives and friends here. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wyatt ot Wollsvllo spent Sunday with the Ladles La-dles Parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. Dird. On Decoration evening there was a dance given in Richards hall. There was n large crowd present. Tho proceeds pro-ceeds wero for tho benefit of tho liase ball loam.
