ThU statement Is necessarily In very round terms, for the Bureau of Statistics, upon whose figures tho estlmnte Is based, has at present detailed figures covering but 10 months. They show, however, nearly 17,000 automobiles exported ex-ported to foreign countries in tho 10 months ending with April, valued nl 1G 1-2 million dollars; parts thereof, 3 1-4 million dollars; tires, sent sep-arately sep-arately from machines under the head of exports of rubber manufactures, over ov-er 2 million, nnd automobile cnglnoa two-thlrds of n million dollars, making mak-ing a total for the ten months of practically prac-tically twenty-two million dollars nnd fully Justifying tho assertion that for tho full twelve months tho total will approximate and probably exceed ?27,-000,000. ?27,-000,000.
