Snow, chnirman of tho bonrd of control, con-trol, nnnounce that the general arrangement ar-rangement of tho program will bo as follows: First session at 10 o'clock Monday morning, September 30; presentation of tho Queen of Irrigation nnd her attendants nnd formal opening of the Congress. This meeting will oe held In the famous Mormon Taber-nnclo Taber-nnclo which has a seating capacity of nearly 10,000 and will Include addresses ad-dresses of welcome by governor William Wil-liam Spry and Mayor S. C- Park" nnd responses by officers of tho Congress. A feature of the opening meeting will be the rendition of the Ode to Irrigation, words by Mrs. dllbert Mc-Clurg Mc-Clurg of Colorado, and music by Professor Pro-fessor John J.
