Show Articles of Incorporation Incorpora-tion Filed For Hospital Before long the Utah-Idaho hospital which has been talked of for so long a time will materialize. It will occupy the old city reservoir site above the temple. The construction Is to commence com-mence in the-near future and It Is expected ex-pected the building will be ready for occupancy early In the winter. The articles of Incorporation were filed yesterday with the county clerk. The capital stuck of the company Is 150,000, divided Into 5,000 shares at the par value of 110 each. As has before been stated the purpose pur-pose of this institution is to provide a home for the care of persons suffering from any and all ailments. The hospital hos-pital will be up-to-date in every respect. re-spect. Every convenience for the proper care and treatment of patients will be Installed. The Incoroorators are some of the leading business men of the valley and surrounding counties, as Is seen by the names on the directorate. The olllccrs arc: Anthon Anderson, president; John 0.
