A petition of the Cache Valley Fair and Drivlrg association, asking for a continuance of their possession pos-session of the Driving Park, was pre-- pre-- sented. Itwas represented that un-avoidable un-avoidable circumstances had pre- I vented the company from expending as much money as was originally agreed upon. A communication from Fred Turner, Tur-ner, 'business manager ot the Logan Rki'ulican advising that orders be i.iii.M by the recorder for all printing t, ni bv Logan City, was read and the i i-ci:nniendatlons acceptedi 'N. A. Williams asked permission to conduct water under the pavement at .10 and 32 South Main. ' This was referred re-ferred to committee on side walks. A motion to create a new paving district was read and hild over until next meeting. J C Walters, attorney for M. F. t'ltteld and Ethan Allen, served notice on Logan City that unless the Judgments Judg-ments rendered In favor of the above creditors was pild forthwith, mandamus man-damus proceedlpgs would be Instituted Insti-tuted at once. Fames as health officer was presented and accepted. , A notice ot sale of city refunding bonds was considered. The notice Is to sell forty-one thousand bonds with Interest at four and one-half per cent, payable semi-annually, principal payable pay-able In twenty years.
