Tho voto was in favor of building-03 to 4. During Wednesday night Lowlston was visited by a heavy galo exceeding anything in tho memory of tho oldest residents. Largo trees wero torn up by tho roots, fences wero flattened, barns wero unroofed, chicken coops and other small outbuildings wcro overturned, and liisomo Instances entirely en-tirely demolished.
