The stockholder of the Cache Val-ley Val-ley Condensed Milk and Creamery Co. held their annual meeting Monday forenoon and elected tho, following directorate for the year: Loren.o Hansen and James W. Quayle, Logan; J. W. I). Hurrcn. HvdePark; W. .W. Roundy, Benson; and Hyrum V. Hansen, Han-sen, College. The board organized as follows: President, Lorenzo Hansen, Vice-President. James W. Quayle, Secretary and Treasurer, S.' B. Mltton. $180,000 Business.
