Saturday, the conference con-ference was addressed by Elder L. A. Kelsh, who spoke of his missionary experiences in Japan. Elder H. A. Campbell reported the religion classes of the stake in good condition Apotle M. F. Cowley spoke at length on the subject of the duties du-ties of the Saints. He gave much excellent counsel, exhorting the people to obey the commandments command-ments of God and the counsel of his servants in all things. The speaker urged that round dancing danc-ing be discouraged, that s cret orders were not of God's king-dorr king-dorr , and that the church organization organ-ization should be supported heart- iiy- Sunday morning the Y. M. M. I. A. was reported by Supt. S. F. Ballif, who said the organiza- tion had done an excellent work in Cache stake during the past year. A special effort had been made to increase the' member - ship, and with gratifying sue' cess. . Merrill was the last speaker, and bore a strong testimony to the truth of the gospel. He said tha' the longer one has the testimony of God's work the stronger it becomes, as he has never felt better or more earnest in the work than he does at the present time after fifty years in the church service. The speaker said it was the duty of every Latter-day Saint to obtain and have continually a testimony that the Gospel is true, and the j actions of their brethren will have no effect upon them.
