Vernon, Ky., of Charles Durham, who killed John Lawson, County Judge Lewis rendered ren-dered the following decision: "The prisoner is dismissed. An island 125 feet long and 30 feet wide, seemingly fixed as solidly as a rock on the east shore of Lake Garfield, Gar-field, says a Winstead, Conn., dispatch,, dis-patch,, has floated three-quarters of a mile down the lake.
