Tho order which, If It goes Into effect, will relievo Major-General Major-General Miles of command of tho army and remove him to some department to nwalt orders, has been sent to President Presi-dent Mclvlnley, and those who aro In a position to hnow, contend tho president presi-dent will sign It. The numerous charges made by General Gen-eral Miles against tho different depart' mcnU havo brought about this moTo upon tho part of Secretary Alger. Tho rcnilven will be that Miles has deliberately sot to work to destroy all army discipline.
