Thoro is no 'M doubt but what such a thing can be made productive of good and tho idea ' M should be encouraged. In almost every M village in England they are held and H are a decided auccoss, and in many M eastern states much good lias been ac- M complished by them. We know this to H bo the case even in our own town, for M some very successful exhibits have been H made hero in tho past and wero tho H means of attracting considerable at- H tention, We aro highly in favor o H such affairs and aro pleased to stato M that tho M. I. A. have taken hold 0 ; H this matter and will push it to a sue- H cessful issue next fall if they can get tho H support they should have from tho H people, for it will bo something in which H all the people should be interested.
