No objection was raited to the passing ot the Rlchudson public printing bill without a quorum, nor to the consideration ol the bankrn'ptry bill which has taken up tho r6t ol the week but it will lie different next week when the Voorhees bill gctB bofore the House. A quorum will bo required then and It itcertain that it will hae to be made up entirely ol repealers,
