Show Services honor Eliza Reese Bonzo Eliza Reese Bonzo age 83, died June 30, 1974 at the Valley View Medical Center of natural causes. She was born Dec. 29, 1891 in Greenville to John and Mary Ann Morgan Reese. Married James E. Bonzo Au(?. 18 1914 in Beaver. She is survived by her husband of Cedar City, five sons and f.wo daughters.. Mrs. Lewis (JAlene) Prothero of Paragonah; T. R. Bonzo, Ogden; David K., Kenneth Ken-neth C, Max R., and Douglas G. all of Cedar City; Mrs. L. Gene (Pat) Close of Las Vegas, Nevada. 29 grandchildren ami five great grandchildren. Three; brothers; Kenneth Reese, Cedar City; David Reese, Milford; John M. Reese, Indian Springs, Nev.; One sister Mrs. Lorette Thompson, Thomp-son, Greenville. Funeral services were held Wed. July 3, at 1 p.m. in the Cedar Third LDS Ward Chapel. Family prayer was offered bvy Kenneth C. Bonzo and Minnie Wheeler played the prelude and postlude music. Bishop Kent Stapley conducted the services and the invocation was offered by James R. Bonzo. Musical selections were "O My Father"by Jay Wheeler and he was accompanied by Minnie Wheeler and "That Wonderful Mother of Mine" by Clifford Williams, accompanied by Janet Knell. The speaker was Douglas G. Bonzo with remarks by Bishop Kent Stapley. The Benediction was by John C. Bonzo, Jr. and Max R. Bonzo dedicated the grave. Flowers were handled by the Third Ward Relief Society and friends. Pallbearers were T. R. Bonzo, David K. Bonzo, Kenneth 1C. Bonzo, Max R. Bonzo, Lewis Prothero and L. Gene Close. Interment was in the Cedar City Cemetery under the direction of the Spilsbury & Graff Mortuary. i |
