ERA is one of the nation's largest real estate franchise organizations. Schmutz received his brokerage license in early Sept. The office is tem-1 tem-1 porarily located at 322 South Main St. but plans to move to a new office building at 400 South Main around the first of the year. As an ERA Real Estate Broker, Schmutz said he will be able to offer such consumer con-sumer aids as ERA Real Estate's two home protection plans-the Home Buyers Protection Plan and Home Sellers Protection Plan, as well as photo-by-wire listings. "1 feel positive about the growth of the real estate industry in southern Utah. Through the ERA franchise, we can offer better service , to area residents such as participation on international in-ternational programs and advertising.
