Show Parade slated The first phase of the Cedar City Jaycees Christmas Lighting project was completed Sunday morning as members of the Jaycees and employees em-ployees of California Pacific Utilities and the wire team from the Cedar City National Guard Unit erected the overhead streamers and tree. Special thanks to individual employees em-ployees of California Pacific Utilities--Antone Perry, Craig Neptune, Gail Adams, Rodney Taylor, Archie Bulloch, and Dave Blackner for donating their time and effort to our project. James Froyd, President of the Jaycees indicated the new lighting decorations should be here shortly and hoped that they would be up prior to the Christmas parade to be held November 19 at 2 p.m. He indicated that the ticket sales for the Christmas lighting fund were proceeding well. The Jaycees have appreciated the support of the Cedar City merchants and townspeople. |
