Show 3 - - a- SummerWorkshops planned atSUSC In keeping with tradition established during former SUSC summer sessions, a number of workshops will be provided under the sponsorship spon-sorship of the Student Center which are designed to stimulate the interests and sharpen the skills of the outdoor enthusiast, it was announced by Ken Benson, Student Center Manager and Coordinator of Student Activities. Summer school students and any interested participants par-ticipants are welcome to attend the workshops planned for each Wednesday at 3 p.m. in the Student Center or on the patio east of the Cafeteria. The programs are free to the public. The opening workshop June 14, will feature outdoor cooking with emphasis on dutch oven techniques and sourdough recipes taken from Mr. Benson's fast-selling fast-selling booklet "A Taste of the Old West or Dutch Oven Cooking Made Easy and Sourdough Hints." Mr. Benson will personally conduct the workshop with assistance from Professors Al Tait and Richard Dotson. The time for future workshops will be announced an-nounced by Mr. Benson's office, where information may be obtained by calling 586-4411, ext. 215. |
