Utah International: Cole Adams Canyonland: Joe Gibilterra A six team Senior Little League Division tournament will be held in Cedar City Thursday, Friday and Saturday with the winner advance to the Sub-Section Sub-Section level of tournament play in action in Cedar City next week. Cedar City Senior League will host the six-team event with Arlo Larson, league president, in charge of the three-day activities. ac-tivities. Opening the tournament schedule will be a battle between Dixie and Parowan this afternoon af-ternoon Thursday, at 3 p.m. that will be followed by Beaver and South Sevier at 5 p.m. and the host Cedar City Club will meet Richfield in the feature game of the day at 8 p.m. Winner of Beaver, South Sevier contest will draw a second round bye and advance to the tournament tour-nament finals Saturday evening. Friday's scheduled finds the loser of the Beaver-South Sevier contest meeting the loser of the Dixie-Parowan game at 5 p.m. in the consolation bracket, with the winner of that contest meeting the winner of the Richfield, Cedar game meeting at 8 p.m. Saturday's consolation championship will get underway at 5 p.m. with the championship to be played at 8 p.m. Winner of the tournament will enter the Sub-Sectional tournament tour-nament competition to open in Cedar City on Tuesday of next week with an opening round bye and i a , three-team, double |
