BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CEDAR CITi, UTAH: , SECTION 1. That Section 6-7 of the ZONING ORDINANCE OF CEDAR CITY, UTAH, entitled en-titled "ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONES", be and the same is hereby amended, changed and conviction thereof shall be punished 'by a filie. in any sum not exceeding $29!.0); or by Imprisonment lor a period of 30 days; or by both fine and Imprisonment. Each and every day that a violation continues, such violation shall be considered con-sidered as a separate offense. SECTION 8. Because of m. pending development within Cedar City, Utah, an emergency emergen-cy exists. If any part of this Ordinance shall be declar. ed invalid, such decision shall not affect the reminder of this Ordinance. SECTION G. All ordinances or parts of ordinances In conflict con-flict herewith are hereby repealed. re-pealed. SECTION 7. Any person violating vio-lating the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon and structures within said zone shall be as follows: 6-17A. HS-2 HIGHWAY SERVICE SER-VICE ZONE. 6-17A-1. Objectives and Characteristics Char-acteristics of Zone. Same as IIS-1 Zone, 6-17A-2. Use Requirements. The following uses shall be permitted in the HS-2 Highway High-way Service Zone. 1. Any use permitted in the HS-1 Highway Service Zone. 2. Garages. 3. Used and new car lots, provided all automobiles are in running condition before being placed on the lot. 4. Mobile home parks and travel trailer courts, when approved ap-proved by Planning Commission Commis-sion and City Council, 6-17A-3. Area Requirements. No requirements. , 6-17A-4. Width Requirements. No requirements. 6-17A-5. Location Requirements. Require-ments. z Same as in the HS-1 Highway High-way Service Zone. 6-17A-6. Special Provisions. Same as in the HS-1 Highway High-way Service Zone.
