Show : v V I MR. AND MRS. WM. RICHARD LOW Janet Guymon and Wm. Richard Low married in home wedding ceremony Miss Janet Anne Guymon of Parowan became the bride of Mr. Wm. Richard Low of Beaver Bea-ver in a wedding ceremony which took place at the home of the biide's parents at (i p. m. July 5. Stake President, Howard D. Knight officiated in the double ring rites attended at-tended by members of both families. The bride is a daughter of two and one half years. The bridegroom attended Southern South-ern Utah State College for the past three years and is presently pres-ently employed in Salt Lake City. The bride was accorded a shower, held at the Library Lounge prior to the werlding hosted by Mrs. Ronald Decker, Deck-er, Miss Kathryn Orton, Mrs. Bill Knight. Mr. and Mrs. Ross Guymon and the bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. A. Low of Parowan and Beaver, re spectively. A reception in honor of the newly weds was held that evening eve-ning in the Third Ward cul- tural hall where they greeted guests between 8 and 10 p. m. For the event the bride wore a floor-length dress of eggshell satin, with empire ! waist and pointed sleeves. The dress embroidery and beading was designed by the bride with handwork by her mother. moth-er. She carried a cascade bouquet bou-quet of gardenias and roses. Bridal attendants were Mrs. James Skinner, matron of honor; Mrs. Bill Knight, Mrs. Ronald Decker, Mrs. Martin Conroy, bridesmaids. They wore green and gold summer print dresses with green accessories acces-sories and held bouquets of gardenias and roses. James Skinner stood as best man for the bridegroom and ushers were Ross Low, James Gray and Allan Gillis. ,For the event the mother of the bride wore a green dress and the mother of the bridegroom wore a turquoise dress. Both wore gardenia cordages. cor-dages. Mary Guymon was at the guest book, and gKts were displayed by Mcrna Getz, Diane Di-ane Rasmussen and Kathryn Qrton. Mrs. Wanda Cox catered cater-ed the refreshments and assisting as-sisting here weie Ann Getz, Delia Guymon, Dot Guymon and Jackie Guymon. Serving were Karen, Bonnie and Gail Guymon; Jeanne Getz and Kathy Reeves. Music during the evening was furnished by Jeannette D. Bayles and her daughter, Barbara Batt.
