Gus Nichols, who does the baking, is presumed pre-sumed to be a partner of Pantalikis. Evidence that the Athens bakery had been violating the food arminis-tration arminis-tration regulations concerning the use of substitutes was brought to the attention of the state food administrator adminis-trator by members of the police committee com-mittee of the bakers' association.
