Show CSU Track-Field Classic Slated for Friday The College of Southern Utah will be host Friday afternoon to the annual CSU Invitational Track and Field meet, according to Bruce Osborne, director of the activity. Participating will be Snow College Col-lege of Kphraim, Carbon College of Price, Dixie College of St. George and hosts, College of Southern Utah. Events will get under way at 3 p. m. In the Bronco Bowl, Osborne Os-borne stated. No trial will be ' conducted and if necessary separate sep-arate heats will be run in the event. Three events will begin promptly at 3 p. m. including the shot put, high jump and the 880 , yard rflay. Tim? of the remaining events are listed as follows: J 3:10, mile run; 3:25, 440 yard dash; 3:35, 100 yard dash; 3:45, discus; 3:45, pole vault; 3:50, 120 yard high hurdles; 4 p. m., 880 yard run; 4:15, 220 yard dash; 4:30, Javelin, broad jump and two mile run; and 4:45, 220 yard low hurdles. Final event of the day will be the mile relay slated for 4:55 p m. . Records for the CSU Invitation-jal Invitation-jal have been kept over the past years and the mark, for which the athletes will be shooting, and the holder of the records are as follows: (Listings are In order of event, time, record holders and the school they represent).
