Show Auditions Begin For Kiwanis Jr. Talent Show Auditions for the Kiwanis Club annual Junior Talent Show will be staged Saturday morning at the College, of Southern Utah auditorium, according to James Hoyle, chairman of the club's boys and girls conimitee. From the auditions selections will be made for the annual show to be staged on Saturday, April 5 at the fabulous auditorium auditor-ium on the CSU campus. Young talent from the southern south-ern Utah area will vie for prizes in three different a;;e groups ami; also for the right to appear on the Southern Utah Talent Quest program to be held on Wednesday Wednes-day Atr l 9 also at the CSU auditorium. audi-torium. Advancement For iiie Talent Quest Show winners from the April 5 show and winners from a similar talent tal-ent show conducted by the St. George Kiwanis Club will participate parti-cipate with winners nf this event to advance to a television Talent Quest Show staged in Salt Lake City. This will again be possible for some lueky youngster, or youngsters, who participate in this years series of shows, ac-j cording lo Hoyle. The show will get under way at 7:30 p. m. on April 5 and judging will again be done by the audience and the system of applause meters to determine the winners in each category. Following the presentation of the talent numbers in the three! respective divisions, one through' seven, eight th.-ough 12 and 13 through 17 participants will, be brought back for a brief resume res-ume of their number after which the audience will applaud. The judges will read an applause meter on each contestant to determine de-termine the winners. Low to M.
