Show Nuptial Exchange Unites Limb and Skallan A double-ring ceremony was performed at the Cedar Third Ward on Friday, July 31, uniting Miss Zola Limb of Cedar City to Mr. Hans Skallan. Ceremony was performed by an uncle of the bride. Bishop Stanley Russon of Salt Lake City. The new Mrs. Skallan Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mel-brum Mel-brum Limb of Cedar City and the bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Ole Skallan of Norway. Following the ceremony the couple was honored at a reception. recep-tion. The lovely bride wore a floor length gown with a lare bodice with pearl insets around the neck. The bouffant skirt was of nylon and lace panels. Her veil of fingertip length, was caught to a crown of seed pearls and sequins. Her bride bouquet was of pink rose buds and white carnation?. car-nation?. Attendants were Zina Limb, a stater of the bride, as maid of honor and bridesmaids were Rox-ie Rox-ie Paramore and Walleen Limb. Attendants wore lace gowns of ballerina length in pastel colors of pink, green and salmon. They held bouquets of white carnations. carna-tions. Also In the receiving line was the bride's paternal grandmother, Mrs. George Glna Limb. The newlyweds are honeymooning honey-mooning In Las Vegas, Nev., after af-ter which they will return to Cedar Ce-dar City to make a home. The new Mrs. Skallan is a graduate of the Cedar City High School and attended the College of Southern Utah. She has been employed In Salt Lake City at Bennett Motor Company for the past year. Mr. Skallan is In the construction construc-tion blusness and has been working work-ing In Cedar City at the South Elementary school. |
