Show Rams and Tigers Favored in Week's Play DIVISION STANDINGS Tarawa n 2 0 1.000 Milford 1 0 1.000 Millard 1 1 .500 Delta 0 2 .000 Beaver 0 1 .000 With the two leaders of the Millard Division of Region 10 entertaining en-tertaining weaker members of the division on the floors of the front runners this week end picking the winners shouldn't be too hard In games to be played Friday. In fact It would be an upset if either of the leaders should bow to their opponents in these games. 1 Coach John Wood's Parowan Rams entertain Pat Lindsay's Beaver team, which lost to Dick Jones' Millard team at Beaver two weeks ago. Since then the Millard high team dropped its game to Parowan last week end in the new Fillmore gym. If this is any sign the Rams should bo able to take Beaver Friday, although al-though the Beavers will be out after their first win and will be doing the!r best, anJ it may be enough. MiUord, co-leader with Parowan Paro-wan in league play, should get its second win of the season when Lee Pettey and his Tigers entertain Dick Jones' Eagles on the Milford floor. After the Tigers Tig-ers took Delta Rabbits at Del'a last week this one should not be too hard for them. But the Eagles will be trying hard to s'ay in the race and de'ermination may spell an upset if Milford isn't up for this one. Delta Rabbits who are at the bottom of the standing with no wins and two losses will rest this week. |
