Show Farm Bureau Study Reveals Need for Renewed Patriotism In a recent survey made by the Farm Bureau among high school students to find out what our young people believe, these facts were revealed: One-half of the ' high school students surveyed think most people are Incapable of deciding what is good for them. Forty-one percent believe we should allow search and seizure without a warrant. The majority think the censorship of books, radio, TV and movies Is a Job for the police. po-lice. Fifty-eight percent believed the free enterprise system Is not necessary to the future welfare of America. What does freedom mean to you? Maybe all of us should think seriously on this subject and help see to it that our young people, and old. are taught the right concepts of freedom according accord-ing to oiV constitution. The Farm Bureau has a project pro-ject to do this very thing. A com. mittee was appointed by Charles B. Shuman, president, AFBF, to make a selection of appropriate books and after many long hours of reading and searching a list of books has been recommended. The Iron County Farm Bureau Ladies met with the librarians In the county and let them know the need and worth of these books. The books presented In a special program In the schools tell about American freedom as It is set forth In the Constitution. Constitu-tion.
